Police said their investigation yielded them a suspect, 32-year-old Rico L. Lindsey. He is charged with malicious wounding, possession of a firearm by a felon, use of a firearm, shooting into an occupied building and shooting during the commission of a felony. Lindsey is being held in Norfolk City Jail without bond.
