MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - The date for Camp Randall’s first concert in nearly 30 years has been revealed. British rock band Coldplay will play in the stadium on July 19, according to a press release from UW Athletics. The most recent concert at Camp Randall was in 1997, when The Rolling Stones performed.

Camp Randall Stadium is typically all red and white on a Wisconsin Badgers gameday. However, for one night next year, it will feel all “Yellow,” as British rockers Coldplay announced over the weekend that they’ll play the stadium’s first concert in 28 years.
