NH Port Authority director indicted day after wife accused of interfering with investigation
Indictments were released Thursday against longtime port authority director Geno Marconi a day after his wife, a New Hampshire Supreme Court justice, was indicted on allegations that she tried to influence the investigation into her husband.

The charges were announced a day after Attorney General John Formella announced that Marconi’s wife, state Supreme Court Justice Anna Barbara Hantz Marconi, was indicted for allegedly trying to influence the investigation. She’s on indefinite leave from the court, and says she will fight the charges.
