Emmerdale cast members filmed heartbreaking scenes recently for Zak Dingle's funeral, after their co-star Steve Halliwell's death last year - and now one star has spoken about the episodes

Tina made a dramatic reappearance in Thursday's episode, which is streaming early on ITVX ahead of its ITV1 airing this evening. The returning character is the daughter of Zak and Nellie Dingle and sister of Cain, Sam and Belle. She previously appeared on the soap from 1994 to 1996, then played by Jacqueline Pirie.

EMMERDALE has ruled out a major Dingle return for Zak’s funeral in tonight’s episode. The ITV soap is paying tribute to Dingle patriarch Zak after the real-life death of actor Steve Halliwell.
