North Carolina father Jeffrey Michael Guida, 40, was shot and killed in front of his three young children by an elderly man following a road rage dispute on Saturday evening.

A Salt Lake man was charged Thursday with murder in a brutal road rage shooting death. Police say the man forced another driver off the road and then shot at his vehicle 15 times at close range — killing the driver while he was still in his seat belt.
