Here are sandbag locations in Volusia and Flagler counties. You must have proof of residency and in most cases, bring you own shovel. Sandbags will be available until 3 p.m. Tuesday at Bethune Point Park, 11 Bellevue Ave. Residents are asked to bring a shovel.
