Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a wave of new assault accusations. NBC News has obtained a new civil lawsuit filed Sunday in the Southern District of New York by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee. The suits alleges Combs sexual assaulted a man in 2022.

Authorities have not named the woman who died or provided information on when she died, but court records show the murder charge is related to a July 2020 offense.

The cases date back as far as 2000, but most of the alleged events discussed in the lawsuits occurred in 2022, according to lawyer Tony Buzbee. One of the alleged victims was 13 years old at the time of the incident.
