Two companies have cut ties with Conor McGregor after a civil court jury in Ireland ruled that he must pay a woman who accused him of raping her more than $250,000.

Last week, a civil court in Ireland awarded damages to Nikita Hand, who accused the MMA fighter of raping and assaulting her in 2018.

A jury found Conor McGregor liable for a 2018 sexual assault. The MMA fighter addressed the incident on social media, maintaining his innocence.

Musgrave — a retail conglomerate that includes UK and Irish brands SuperValu, Centra, Daybreak and Mace, among many others — issued a notice to store operators delisting all brands associated with McGregor, including McGregor's famed Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey and Forged Irish Stout beverages.
