“One common mental health stigma that I’d like to see addressed on World Mental Health Day is the misconception that seeking therapy means you’re weak or broken,” says Dr. Brooke Keels, the Chief Clinical Officer at Lighthouse Recovery, an addiction treatment center in Texas.
