John Faust was at Garth Brooks’ bar celebrating his daughter’s birthday when he started seeing people pointing to the top of the “Batman Building.” He was afraid the men could’ve fallen off Nashville’s tallest building since he didn’t see any ropes or harnesses.

According to Metro Police, the trio allegedly went through an “unsecured door” which put them on the roof. Equipped with their cameras and GoPro, the men were seen by a citizen, and soon MNPD, posing in heart-stopping positions. One man was seen adjacent to one of the spires at the very top. Another man was lying down on the circular AT&T logo.
