Voters in Rockford on Tuesday approved a millage that will fund the expansion of the Krause Memorial Library. The millage — which passed with 64.6% of the vote — will help finance the expansion through a bond that will not exceed $5.

Voters in Hilltop Fire District’s coverage area voted yes to two special questions on the ballot: A property tax increase and a $2.5 million bond referendum.
