Big Lots stores in, Kingston and Wappingers Falls have now been added to the list of stores scheduled to close.

Big Lots has around 1,400 stores nationwide. Locations impacted by the closure should reflect on Big Lots' website, saying, “CLOSING THIS LOCATION.” See the list of Ohio closures here: Final dates of operation for the closing locations have not been announced.

Big Lots is closing even more stores in Indiana as part of its bankruptcy. In addition to several stores previously reported as closing in the state, locations in Lafayette, Muncie and South Bend will close.

The below list shows all of the Big Lots store closings announced on Oct. 4, Sept. 27 and Sept. 20, covering 38 states. Texas has the most locations closing on the list with 23. That's followed by California (17), New York (9) and Florida (9).

Morris County's Dover location of Big Lots is among a growing list of stores closing as the retailer continues its bankruptcy process.

The retailer has previously listed more than 350 stores as closing, and some of those stores are in their final days, with steep discounts of as much as 70% off. Those stores are noted as closing on the banner on their stores' sites. Big Lots announced its Chapter 11 bankruptcy in September.

The Muncie store, at its present location in the Northwest Plaza for more than 20 years, is expected to close by mid-December.
