I'd really like to book this tour but the website seems to be down - do they still do the tour? When clicking on a link to the website it comes up with an error saying "403 Forbidden". I'm visiting in July so would love to book this if possible?

Hi, I know with some of these older buildings there are issues with lead paint and asbestos. Especially from the paint peeling off the walls onto the floors then getting walked through and stirred up. I am wondering how safe it really is to go through on a tour and do they have you sign a waiver?
